Machine made of stainless steel, the supporting structure is shaped plate and is equipped with wheeled supports. Two adjoining belts operated by a gear motor and controlled by an encoder to adjust and control the product feed speed to the production machines and scales.
First conveyor belt and feeding point with a special gripping surface that guarantees the regular and constant advancement of the product being processed.
Second conveyor belt is a cut belt with a surface finish suitable for withstanding the micro-incisions of the blade.
Cutting system is composed of an electro-pneumatic unit operated by a timer to determine the required cut lengths.
Cutting blade is purpose-shaped and height adjustable.
Lower cutting area is equipped with a mobile plate to compensate for possible off-centering and any cutting resistance.
Adequate safety protection guarantees the functionality and safety of the cutting device.
The first conveyor and feeding belt can be equipped for the sectioning of the pasta sheets exiting the manufacturing machines providing lasagna of the required dimensions.
For cannelloni production, the first belt also has devices for supplying the filling and for cannelloni moulding.
Thanks to all the above and to appropriate adjustments and replacements, cannelloni of different diameters can be produced.
Machine and electrical panel, including the belt regulation and cutting frequency instruments are designed and built according to international regulations.
