Machine entirely constructed in stainless steel AISI 304.
Tubular supporting structure mounted on self-aligning adjustable feet complete with an anti-slip base for machine levelling. The external panels are quickly removable for easy access to the internal structure for normal cleaning and maintenance operations. Product conveyor belt with articulated mesh and side chains; operated by an adjustable speed motor and fitted with a hand-wheel and a graduated indicator to adjust the treatment time as per the needs of the product.
STEAM TREATMENT ZONE:
Lower boiling basin is heated by high-temperature diathermic oil coils, produced by the boiler incorporated into the pasteurizer structure and fuelled by methane gas or GDP burner; insulated fume-ejection tube of 1 metre in length; small container for automatic water level re-setting in the boiling basin, equipped with a rolling shutter for complete drainage of basin cleaning water. Pasteurisation area cover is made of 30 mm thick stainless steel AISI 304, insulated, and convex shaped in order to prevent condensation from falling onto the product. Start and end zone extraction hoods, equipped with electric aspirators made of stainless steel and adjustment rolling shutters to extract the excess steam.
DRYING ZONE
Pre-drying chamber equipped with ceramic heaters
Pre-drying tunnel with upper and lower electric blowers. Electrical system made in accordance with current international regulations.
