DESCRIPTION

Machine entirely constructed in stainless steel AISI 304.
Tubular main structure, foam panels between 2 outer stainless steel sheets which can be quickly disassembled.
Three vibrating shelves of width 600 mm, with 2 mm mesh holes.
Adjustable intensity and velocity vibrating unit.
Centrifugal electro-ventilator for product ventilation.
Heating element or warm water heat exchanger.
The machine and electrical control panel, including instrumentation for operation, selection and control, are built and installed in accordance with current EC and international regulations.

AUTOMATIC TRAY STACKER:

Built entirely in varnished steel. Tubular Frame.
Safety devices made of stainless steel and transparent polycarbonate.
Pneumatic system for the positioning of trays exiting the sieve.

Overlapping for up to 28 trays.
Visual acoustic system for signalling a fully loaded cart and possible system stop.
