Equipment designed for food product pasteurisation. The stainless steel structure is thermally insulated for high temperatures with a thickness of 70 mm; rotating platform foundation frame for housing the tray trolley.
Inner canalizations for even distribution of hot air which is moved by an electric fan, with the temperature maintained by a set of heating elements or steam devices.
The equipment has a measuring probe and operating temperature controls.
The electrical panel and wiring have been designed and installed in compliance with current international standards, complete with instrumentation for the programming, display and checking of the pasteurisation phases. Also included is a 20-tray trolley for containing the product to be treated. The trolley rotation system ensures a product uniform temperature.
